iii) To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable to any user under contract, tort, equity or otherwise for any loss or damages arising out of its connection with the user’s use of the Platform or the provision of services by us, whether any of the foregoing are, without limitation, special, incidental, indirect, punitive or consequential and/or whether any of the foregoing are, without limitation, occasioned by the negligence, fault, error, omission, act, or breach of Dakshina Foundation, its employees, contractors or sub-contractors. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, under no circumstances shall we be liable to any user for any consequential, economic or indirect loss or damages, loss of profits, revenue, business, capital, administrative time or loss of use of data or software, however arising.

iv) Part of our platform may contain advertising and sponsorship. Advertising and sponsorship are responsible for ensuring that material submitted. We take no responsibility for third-party advertisements that are posted on our platform. We shall not be responsible for any error or inaccuracy in the advertising materials.

Refund And Cancellation Policy

Dakshina Foundation is instituting a refund and cancellation policy for the donors who have given donations to the Dakshina Foundation or have opted for any services, projects or programs.

Refund Policy

Dakshina Foundation is not obliged to make refunds and shall decline any requests for refund of donations, for which a tax exemption certificate has been issued. Any refund/cancellation for the donated amount by any donor will not be entertained, whether online, electronically or through any other means.

No cash or refund of money shall be allowed. Once the donation is received for a cause, the same will not be refunded to the donor. No cancellations are allowed for any services, projects, programs or any other purpose for which the donation has been provided.

Dakshina Foundation expects that all donors will exercise due care and diligence while making donations. Any request for cancellations and refund donations once duly placed, shall not be entertained under any circumstances.
